Ingredients
- 45ml Gin
- 15 ml Rose simple syrup
- 10 ml Rosemary simple syrup
- 75ml Sparkling white wine
- 75ml Soda water
- Rose Petals (we recommend The peel thing for edible flowers)
Instructions
- Pour gin and simple syrups into your favourite wine glass
- Top up with cold sparkling wine followed by soda water
- Swizzle then garnish with rose petals
