Ingredients
- 25 ml Gin (alcoholic or non-alcoholic)
- 25 ml Rose Garden Simple syrup
- Sparkling Rose (alcoholic or non-alcoholic)
- 4-6 Ice blocks
- rose petals to garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Fill cocktail shaker 2/3 with ice
- Add gin and syrup
- Shake for 30 seconds or until well combined
- Pour into a stemless champagne glass
- Top with chilled sparkling rose (alcoholic or non-alcoholic)
- Garnish with rose petals
