I absolutely love, love, love seeing a well tended garden festooned with flowers. I love the look and smell of old fashioned roses and the vibrant colours and anatomy of hibiscus flowers. I love hand picking delicate chamomile and cornflowers to dry or finding a lavender bush and crushing the buds under my fingers to release the heady lavendula oil. I love the colour pink and I love love, love capturing calming fragrances of the flowers in my glass of gin
Ingredients:
- 30ml Gin Lane 1751 Pink Gin
- 120ml Prosecco
- 30ml Lemon Juice
- 15ml Botanikos Rose Garden Syrup
- 10ml Botanikos Hibiscus Syrup
Garnish:
- Fresh Lavender or Rose stem
Instructions:
- Simply pour all in ingredients into a cocktail jug and stir gently
