The perfect addition to a classic gin and tonic is rosemary simple syrup. Adding a touch of herbal aromatics to the drink boosts the flavour of all the gin botanicals, especially the star botanical juniper!
To prepare this cocktail version is super easy. Use a generous pour of gin to create strong aromatic base. Next add a splash of rosemary syrup to infuse the drink with its distinctive fresh earthy pine essence. The syrup adds a subtle sweetness and a fragrant herbal quality enhancing the overall complexity of the drink. Rosemary syrup will also impart a beautiful golden hue to the drink adding to its visual appeal.
