Rosie Gin & Tonic

Who doesn’t love a quick and easy gin and tonic. You will need a bottle of your favourite London Dry gin and Rose or Rose Garden simple syrup. Best to use Indian tonic water and lime citrus for this classic drink. This version of a classic Gin and Tonic highlights floral notes in your gin botanicals. Rose or Rose Garden simple syrups will make your drink pink and delicious while the rose bud ice blocks make it beautiful.

 

Ingredients

  • 20 ml Rose Garden simple syrup for a deep pink or go lighter with Rose simple syrup
  • 1/2 lime juiced
  • 45 ml shot London Dry gin- (Sapphire Blue or Beefeaters)
  • pinch of salt
  • 150 ml tonic water
  • rose buds frozen in ice
  • lime for garnish

Instructions

  1. Freeze water & dehydrated rose buds
  2. Fill a gin balloon glass with rose bud ice blocks
  3. Pour gin lime juice and syrup into the glass
  4. Top with Indian tonic water
  5. Stir gently to mix
  6. Garnish with lime
