Singapore Sling

There are too many versions of this popular drink which can make matters confusing. Many drinkers make matters worse by trying to replicate the look of the sling they were served at Raffles and inundate it with too much red. This can make the drink too sweet.

The goal is to find a Singapore sling recipe that you enjoy. Our approach is to follow the original recipe and qualify the Hibiscus simple syrup based on its deep red colour and best flavour match with cherry to make this a very fruity cocktail.
