Singapore Sour Sling

Here is our slightly soured version of the famous Singapore Sling. Feel free to adjust the measurements and ingredients to suit your taste preferences. Enjoy your Singapore Sling with a sour cherry shrub twist!


  • 45ml gin
  • 45ml pineapple juice
  • 15ml Sour Cherry Shrub
  • 15ml Cointreau (or any orange liqueur)
  • 15ml Benedictine (herbal liqueur)
  • 15ml lime juice
  • 10ml grenadine syrup (refer to our grenadine recipe)
  • dash of Angostura bitters
  • Ice cubes
  • Pineapple slice and cherry for garnish



  1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice cubes.
  2. Add the gin, cherry shrub, Cointreau, Benedictine, pineapple juice, lime juice, grenadine syrup, and a dash of Angostura bitters.
  3. Shake well until the mixture is thoroughly chilled.
  4. Strain the cocktail into a tall glass filled with ice cubes.
  5. Garnish with a pineapple slice and a cherry on a cocktail pick.
  6. Serve and enjoy!
