Are you ready for some magic? Turn a classic gin sling into a special cocktail in the blink of an eye by adding our lavender simple syrup and soda water. This sling version is tall and refreshing with a floral flourish making it a nice break from the ordinary fizzy gins.
Ingredients:
- Lavender simple syrup
- Gin
- Soda water
- Lemon
- Ice
Equipment:
- Cocktail shaker
- Jigger
- Tall (highball) glass
Instructions:
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and pour 1 ½ shots (45ml) of the gin and 1 shot (15 ml) syrup shake well and strain into a Collins glass and top soda water and wedge of lemon.
