This sparkling festive cocktail is loaded with apple and cinnamon flavours and lots of bubbles. Ho! Ho! Ho! Tis the season for sipping champagne and spicy cocktails.
Ingredients
- 90 ml apple juice or cider
- 30 ml chocola simple syrup
- 90 ml champagne (sparkling wine).
- cinnamon sugar
- apple slice
Instructions
- Wet the rim of a champagne glass and dip into the cinnamon sugar and set aside
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice
- Pour apple juice syrup over ice and shake for 30 sec or until combined
- Strain into the prepared glass
- Top with champagne and gently stir with a swizzle stick to combine
- Garnish the glass with a slice of apple
Option to make this into a mocktail by replacing the champagne with non-alcoholic sparkling wine
