Apple Cinnamon Sparkler

This sparkling festive cocktail is loaded with apple and cinnamon flavours and lots of bubbles. Ho! Ho! Ho! Tis the season for sipping champagne and spicy cocktails.


  • 90 ml apple juice or cider
  • 30 ml chocola simple syrup
  • 90 ml champagne (sparkling wine).
  • cinnamon sugar
  • apple slice


  1. Wet the rim of a champagne glass and dip into the cinnamon sugar and set aside
  2. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice
  3. Pour apple juice syrup over ice and shake for 30 sec or until combined
  4. Strain into the prepared glass
  5. Top with champagne and gently stir with a swizzle stick to combine
  6. Garnish the glass with a slice of apple

Option to make this into a mocktail by replacing the champagne with non-alcoholic sparkling wine
