Bubbly Mary

This classic Bloody Mary has been adapted into countless variations adding anything from grilled cheese and shrimp tails to crab claws into the drink that’s a meal in itself. Here we’ve stuck with the classic celery but added the fizz.

Ingredients:

  • ice cubes
  • 90 ml tomato juice
  • 15 ml Salty Pete Simple Syrup
  • 60 ml chilled sparkling wine (champagne)
  • celery stalk and lemon wedge to garnish

Instructions:

  1. Fill a large wine glass with ice
  2. Pour the tomato juice and salty pete syrup over the ice
  3. Top with chilled sparkling wine
  4. Garnish with a celery stalk and lemon
  5. Option to add a straw
  6. Serves 1
