Rosemary Collins Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 60ml Gin
  • 30ml Lemon Juice
  • 15ml Rosemary simple syrup
  • Ice
  • Club Soda (capi or schwepps)
  • Optional: lemon wedge or slice

Equipment:

  • Collins glass
  • Jigger
  • Long handle spoon

Instructions:

  1. Fill a Collins glass with one large ice block
  2. Add the gin rosemary simple syrup & lemon juice into a highball glass
  3. Top with soda water.
  4. Stir gently with a long handled spoon
  5. Garnish with a lemon peel curl and/or rosemary sprig
  6. Relax and enjoy your amazing home made cocktail.

Note this recipe is a basic ratio to create a Tom Collins when using Botanikos simple syrups

 

Blueberry Collins Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 60ml Gin
  • 45ml Blueberry Shrub
  • 15ml Lemon Juice
  • Soda Water
  • Fresh Berries for garnish

Instructions:

    1. Fill a Collins glass with ice
    2. Add gin of choice, blueberry shrub and lemon juice to the glass
    3. Top the glass with soda
    4. Gently stir to mix ingredients and combine flavours
    5. Garnish with fresh berries

Note: this recipe is a basic ratio to create a Tom Collins when using Botanikos shrub flavours.
