– 50 ml tequila
– 25 ml triple sec
– 50 ml coconut milk
– 50 ml pineapple juice
– 25ml lime juice
– 25ml passionfruit shrub
– shredded coconut
– lime zest
– pineapple slice
– Ice cubes
– Pineapple wedges and lime slices, for garnish
– Shredded coconut for rimming (optional)

1. In a shaker, combine tequila, triple sec, coconut milk, pineapple juice, lime juice, and passionfruit shrub
2. Add ice cubes to the shaker and shake well to mix all the ingredients.
3. Rim the glass with shredded coconut with lime zest
4. Strain the mixture into a glass filled with ice.
5. Garnish with pineapple wedge
