I hate to play favourites but this is one of my go to recipes because all it requires is two steps to make plus I am a sucker for the soft acidity of mixing the white verjuice by Maggie Beer with lemon syrup.
Ingredients
- 40 ml white verjuice
- 30 ml lemon simple syrup
- 40 ml soda water
- 40 ml tonic water
- ice cubes
- lemon
Instructions
- Combine all liquid ingredients in a cold wine or cocktail glass (option to add ice).
- Garnish with lemon peel
