This classic cocktail is normally made with 1 part vodka 3 parts ginger ale and lime juice generally served in a copper mug. Not to show off but our virgin mule is beautifully refreshing and you won’t miss the vodka or need the copper cup to make a statement. Garnished simply with a handful of mint and a slice of lime this is a cocktail to enjoy anytime!
Ingredients:

30 ml (1 oz) Lime Simple Syrup

20 ml (1/2 oz) freshly squeezed lime juice

120 ml (4oz) ginger beer
- Fresh mint leaves
- Lime Wheel
Instructions:

Pour lime syrup and lime juice into a glass mug or rocks glass

Add ice cubes and ginger beer

Stir to mix all ingredients

Drop a lime wedge into the mug

Add mint leaves for extra garnish
