Sparkling Sangria is a great brunch or summer cocktail! Use “in season” summer fruit Making it ahead makes it a great recipe for a party and the taste is peachy!
Ingredients
- 2 cups of frozen mixed berries or 1 punnet each of strawberries (quartered) and blueberries
- 1 cup apricot nectar chilled
- 1/3 cup Brandy
- 1 bottle Cava (chilled)
Instructions
- Place all ingredients except the cava into a large pitcher.
- Cover and refrigerate for a half a day.
- When ready to serve add ice and cava
- Stir to mix before pouring into glasses.
- Make sure each glass has fruit and ice blocks
- Add a straw
