  • 10ml Botanikos Marmalade Simple Syrup

  • Chilled sparkling water

  • Lime to garnish

  • Ice

Directions:

  1. Half fill a cocktail shaker with ice.

  2. Add ingredients and shake for 30 seconds.

  3. Double strain into a chilled martini glass.

  4. Top with sparkling water.

  5. Garnish with lime twist.

  6. Optional: Add a straw.

Ingredients:

  • 1 x Twinings Assam tea bag

  • 250ml boiling water

  • 2 tsp vanilla essence

  • 2 tsp Botanikos Chocola Simple Syrup

  • 30ml lemon juice

  • 1 egg white (or 6 drops cocktail foamer)

  • Ice cubes

  • Luxardo maraschino cherry to garnish

Directions:

  1. Steep tea bag in boiling water for 1 minute, then refrigerate until cold.

  2. In a cocktail shaker, combine vanilla essence, chocola syrup, lemon juice, egg white/foamer, and 60ml cold tea.

  3. Dry shake for 15 seconds, then add ice and wet shake another 15 seconds.

  4. Strain into a rocks glass filled with ice.
