If you love a daiquiri as much as the rest of us, then you won’t be able to put this one down. Buckle up and stow away the bag!!
Ingredients:
- 30 ml Indigo Simple Syrup
- 60 ml Bacardi Blanca (white) rum
- 25 ml freshly squeezed lime juice
- ice cubes
- chilled champagne
- lime wheel to garnish
Instructions:
- Add ice to a cocktail shaker
- Pour the syrup rum lime juice into shaker
- Shake well for 30 seconds
- Strain into a champagne coup
- Top with champagne
- Garnish with lime wheel
