Ingredients:
- 60ml Bacardi coconut rum
- 1/2 fresh dragon fruit, diced
- 30ml pineapple juice
- 15ml lime juice
- 15ml dragon fruit simple syrup
- ice cubes
- Dragon fruit slice (for garnish)

- Muddle dragon fruit in the bottom of a cocktail shaker.
- Add a handful of ice, rum, lime juice and dragon fruit simple syrup.
