This cocktail is full of personality! Bursts of star anise with the theatre of a color change similar to ink gin. This gin fizz is bang for your buck because it only requires three ingredients. Serve in a highball glass
Total volume 150ml
Ingredients:
- 60 ml gin
- 15 ml indigo simple syrup
- Soda water & ice
Equipment:
- Jigger
- Rocks or Collins glass
- Long handled spoon
Directions:
- Add 3-4 ice blocks to the glass.
- Measure gin and syrup into the glass
- Stir ingredients with a long spoon.
- Top up with soda
- Serve and Enjoy
Option: Garnish with a sprig of rosemary
